Dandelion Greens

Dandelion greens are really, really tasty. They are neither in short supply nor are they expensive. Just wander off into the wilderness and look for their unmistakable poofy white tops and distinct leaves. In a casual walk the other day I found a couple plants with bit, absolutely perfect, bug-free leaves. I simply sauteed them in olive oil and diced garlic, and tossed in some rice pasta.
