Yemenite schug remix

10-15 Jalapeno peppers

1/4 Cup Dried cilantro (or 1 bunch of fresh chopped cilantro)
1 Tbsp Dried cumin seeds
2 tsp Sea salt
2 Tbsp Lime juice
1 Bulb Garlic
In a bowl add lime juice to the cilantro, salt and mix
Grind the cumin seed and add to the bowl
Shred the jalapenos and garlic and add to the bowl
Mix it up and let it sit for a bit
Put in a fido jar and ferment (unless you eat it all before it ferments)
Enjoy!
